About Viewstar
Viewstar makes bed pillows and nothing else. Four lines: gusseted firm support in eight piped colours, a plush down alternative pillow for people who want the head to sink, a woven sateen stripe in the hotel manner, and an adjustable shredded memory foam pillow. 14 models, 44 sizes and colours between them.
The line on our packaging is "leave the rest to us", which is a large phrase for a pillow. What it means in practice is narrower and more useful: the fill, the support level and the size are stated plainly enough that you can decide before the bag arrives rather than after.
What this site is
This site is our catalogue. Every model is listed with its specification, its sizes and its current price, and the guides work through the questions a specification alone does not answer. What we do not do here is take your money: the buy buttons hand off to the store where the purchase is completed, and payment, delivery and returns all happen there.
What we do differently
- A real description and a specification table on every one of the 14 model pages, rather than a name and a price.
- A sizes page that states which of our own measurements are published and which are not, instead of printing a number we cannot stand behind.
- A page on how the pillow is made, written from specifications rather than adjectives.
- Customer reviews quoted as published, including the ones under five stars.
- Health and safety guidance that cites the agency it comes from, with the date we read the page.
What we will not claim
We do not invent a founding date, a factory or a team photograph, and that is why our team page describes roles rather than people. We do not claim a pillow treats or prevents neck pain. We do not recommend any pillow for an infant’s sleep space. Where a page touches health, it cites a national agency and says plainly that it is general information rather than advice about you.
