• Which of our pillows a pillowcase you already own will fit.
• A figure the page does not answer clearly enough, including where a measurement is missing and why.
• Something on this site that looks wrong: a price, a photograph, a specification.
• A correction to one of our guides, including a source we should have read.

Things we cannot help with

Orders, payments, delivery and returns are handled by the store where you checked out rather than by us, so their support team can act on those and we cannot. If you tell us what you have and what went wrong, we can usually work out which size or line you are dealing with before you contact them.
