How we update the catalogue
The catalogue was last updated on August 21, 2026. Prices move, and if the figure at the till differs from the figure here, the till is right. This page explains what we refresh, how often, and what we do when something does not line up.
What we refresh
- Prices for all 14 models and all 44 sizes and colours in the catalogue.
- Availability, so a size with no current price is marked rather than hidden.
- Customer rating averages and rating counts on the lines that carry them.
- Specifications, when a line is revised and the figures on the pack change.
These are our own catalogue figures, and we keep them current on a schedule. In the current update 40 of the 44 sizes carry a price.
How often
The whole catalogue is refreshed on a regular cycle, and the date at the top of this page is the last time we finished a full pass through it. Between updates the price at checkout can move. That is why the date lives here, on one page, rather than under every price on the site: a date printed forty four times becomes wallpaper and stops being read.
Where the size figures come from, and why some are missing
Two of our own records give a measurement for a pillow: the text printed on the pack and the product record behind it. On most sizes the two agree, and then the figure appears on the page. On a handful of queens they disagree, one saying twenty by thirty inches and the other twenty by twenty seven and a half, and we have not established which is right.
Where that happens we print neither. The size name still appears, because the name is never wrong, and the measurement cell says the figure is not stated. Printing the one we happen to prefer would be tidier and less true. Every size and every stated measurement in the catalogue is laid out on the pillow sizes page.
Sizes with no current price
When a size has no current price we mark it "Currently unavailable" and leave it in the catalogue. Deleting it would be tidier and less useful: people arrive looking for the thing they already own, and a page that exists with a note is better than a dead end.
Ratings and reviews
Rating averages and counts come in with the same catalogue update as the prices. One thing about them is worth stating plainly: ratings are pooled across a whole line rather than kept per colour, so the figure on a navy pillow page is the figure for every colour of that pillow. We print the pooled number and say so rather than splitting it and implying a precision it does not have.
Customer quotes on this site are reproduced word for word as our customers wrote them, spelling and all, and critical reviews sit alongside positive ones. A three star review that explains exactly what annoyed somebody is more useful than ten that say great.
Where the buying happens
Our buy buttons hand off to the store where the purchase is completed, and payment, delivery and returns all happen there. We do not take payment, hold stock or send parcels.
