A woven sateen stripe is the finish hotels put on a bed, and it is on this pillow for the same reasons: it stays smooth, it stays cool, and it does not fade into the ground colour.

It comes in 3 sizes: Queen/Standard, Queen and King. The 5 options below cover those 3 sizes: where a size appears twice it is the same pillow sold in two packs at two prices. Where the packaging states a measurement we print it in the table below, and where two of our own sources disagree about a size the cell says so rather than naming one. Queen is 20 x 27.5 in; King is 20 x 34 in.

The stripe is tonal rather than coloured, so the pillow still reads as white from across a room and shows its texture only close up.

It goes in a domestic washing machine. The whole pillow, shell and fill, is certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100.
